Registration Process

Step 1:

Log in HUITONG Conference Information System.  

(Create a new account if you don't have one.)

Step 2

Follow the steps and fill out the online registration form in the system.

Step 3:

Pay the registration fee online/via bank transfer. You can also choose to pay later (on-site during the conference).

Step 4:

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email

Registration Fee

Please complete the conference registration before making the payment. All participants of RPGR2024 - including presenters and invited speakers - are required to pay the appropriate registration fees. Conference fee invoices/receipts will be issued and sent to your registered email after the conference concludes within one week.

Early Registration has been extended to July 7, 2024

Registration fee includes:

• Admission to All Sessions

• Conference material & Program Book

• Conference banquet

• Coffee and Refreshment

• Lunch every day of the conference
